With a wealth of experience as a Teacher, Head Teacher, and Director in the New Zealand Education System, I have developed strong expertise in administration and management. Throughout my career, I have mastered the skills needed to run efficient, professional, and cost-effective operations.
Beyond my work in education, I have also established a successful career in the holistic health sector as a Reflexologist. This role has further sharpened my ability to manage a business while delivering personalised, client-centric care.
After transitioning from my teaching career, I launched transcriptionplus to address the rising need for flexible, high-quality transcription services, especially designed to support clients beyond traditional workplace environments.

My background is in environmental science, initially working in freshwater research. Most recently I have used these experiences and expertise when employed in roles both in local and regional councils within New Zealand.
Over the years I have undertaken audio transcription work, transcribing research material for individuals and businesses. I have also undertaken proofreading and editing material which led me to study and obtain a Diploma in Proofreading and Editing (Dip Edit) through the New Zealand Institute of Business Studies (NZIBS).
This year, I joined Clare at transcriptionplus and I am excited to contribute my expertise and skills to further expand and strengthen our growing business.
